چکیده
For antenna modeling and optimization design, high-fidelity full-wave electromagnetic simulation software can generally be used to obtain training samples. However, this process takes a long time. To solve problem, two-stage Gaussian (GP) considering sensitivity information is proposed. Based on the coarse grid fine of software, first stage learns mapping relationships performance each parameter, simultaneously. In second stage, accurate surrogates are established based above obtained. Because method in study into consideration during process, it better reflect relationship between input output, which develop more surrogate model. The proposed GP model significantly reduce demand samples for modeling, greatly save time calling software. Therefore, suitable problems insufficient approach evaluated by an inverted F ultra-wideband planar monopole antenna. results show that has high accuracy with limited given simulation, further verify its effectiveness efficiency.

Residuals based process capability indices for two-stage processes
The manufacturing operations often involve multistage processes where the process capability of each stage is affected by the process capability of its precedent processes. This property is known as the cascade property. The purpose of this paper is to estimate the process capability of the second stage of two-stage process while the cascade property impact is removed using residuals analysis. ...
متن کاملSensitivity Analysis in Two-Stage DEA
Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a method for measuring the efficiency of peer decision making units (DMUs) which uses a set of inputs to produce a set of outputs. In some cases, DMUs have a two-stage structure, in which the first stage utilizes inputs to produce outputs used as the inputs of the second stage to produce final outputs. One important issue in two-stage DEA is the sensitivity of...

This can be performed by a variance-based global sensitivity analysis. 13 Nevertheless, such an...
متن کاملEvolutionary Multiobjective Optimization Based on Gaussian Process Modeling
Multiobjective optimization is the process of simultaneously optimizing two or more conflicting objectives and is used for solving real-world optimization problems in various fields, from product design to process optimization. One of the most effective ways of solving problems with multiple objectives is to use multiobjective evolutionary algorithms (MOEAs). MOEAs draw inspiration from adaptat...
متن کاملMixed two-stage derivative estimator for sensitivity analysis
In mathematical modeling, determining most influential parameters on outputs is of major importance. Thus, sensitivity analysis of parameters plays an important role in model validation. We give detailed procedure of constructing a new derivative estimator for general performance measure in Gaussian systems. We will take advantage of using score function and measure-value derivative estimators ...
